Apuldrum

Took a wander down to Apuldrum this afternoon and immediately got onto this bird when I got out the car. It was very vocal the entire time I was there...even singing in the downpours. It seemed to be doing a rather stuttery Common Chiffchaff or what was what it sounded like to my ear. Then a guy decided to play Iberian Chiffchaff and incredibly the bird shot straight down and was obviously interested in the call. It then repeated as good as identically the tune the chap was playing. Quite amazing...we then decided to play Common Chiffchaff and it did exactly the same! I will leave this up to anyone who has a vested interest! Well worth a look though and well done Bernie et al
